When you join the CCSA, your membership is good for one year.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and E-Check payments.  We offer a one-time payment option or a quarterly payment schedule for your convenience.  Effective November 4th, 2013, you membership is now on auto-renew until you cancel. 

Your membership includes:

  • Each studio member receives a dedicated one-pager in our Studio Locator. This is intended to increase your exposure and drive you more leads.  Your studio gets the benefit of $10,000 spent on advertising each year will drive more traffic through your doors. 
  • Download customization marketing resources, including press releases and ad templates, plus use CCSA's stock photo database. 
  • Get access to all the technical and management materials you need to run your business, like safety posters and employee forms.
  • You'll get our quarterly magazine chock full of industry news and success stories from owners just like you.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.

When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy:  With our auto-renew program were taking the hassle out of renewing for you.  You may cancel your membership any time after the first full year of membership.  If your membership auto renews and you’d like to discontinue it, you will simply need to call member services at 1-888-291-2272 x7 and speak with a representative.  You will need to do this within 30 days of your auto-renewal date.  Members calling to cancel after the 30 day grace period can cancel their membership but will not receive any refund for remainder of membership. 

Declined Transaction Policy:  There is a $25 charge for any declined transactions with the exception of credit card expiration date changes.

Privacy Policy:  The CCSA does not sell your information to third parties.  The CCSA does share your information with current supplier members only for marketing of their products only.  Membership lists are not to be shared or used for any other purpose. 

Use of Materials & Information:  The Membership that you purchase for your studio(s) is solely intended for use by you, your partners, managers and employees to be used for your studio.  If you are found sharing CCSA copywriting materials and images with another business, your membership will be terminated effective immediately and no refund will be given.  

Forms, images, artwork, benefits or discounts are intended only for use by current CCSA Members.  You may use any materials or resources as long as your membership is current. If you decline renewal or your membership goes inactive, you lose the right to use any materials provided to you by the CCSA effective immediately.
