Thank you for agreeing to be an instructor at our annual convention. We are excited to be venturing into the digital realm and all that it has to offer. We realize that for many of you, this will be your first time teaching online and want the process to be as seamless as possible.
Below you will find some important information about the process. Please read carefully and save for future reference.
The deadline for all videos to be taped and for your presentations/handouts to be submitted is Friday, August 14. Because of our quick turnaround time, this is a firm deadline.
The CCSA has partnered with Total Brand Experience (TBX) to facilitate the recording of our classes and the online experience for our attendees. They will be responsible for managing and collection of presentations, setting up of your meeting schedule, instructions on taping, and any other technological questions you may have as an instructor. Unlike years past where you submitted items directly to the CCSA, this year, TBX will be your main point of contact for your video, collecting presentations, etc. It is important that if you get an email and/or phone call from TBX, that you reply directly to them.

We will continue to provide attendees with a quick survey to complete after they have attended/watched your class. These surveys will be shared with you following convention. We encourage you to include a reminder to attendees to complete the survey.
Registering for Convention:
Our Convention Registration will open for attendee and exhibitor registration on Wednesday, July 15th. If your company is an exhibitor, please ensure they have you listed so you will have credentials to allow you onto our virtual platform. If you are a studio member who is teaching, but also planning on attending convention as an attendee, please be sure you register when registration is open. Instructors who are not exhibitors and/or paying convention attendees, will only have access to the instructor area to teach your class within our convention site and not allowed access to other areas. All dues must be current at the time of convention. You will be sent information on how to register as an attendee in the coming days.
If you have a supplier member sponsoring your class or you are a supplier member teaching a class, we have allowed for sponsorship advertising within your specific class. We have a few classes that do not already have a sponsor attached to them and we are offering those classes up to Exhibitors to purchase a sponsorship. This is a $300 value.

If you or your class sponsor do not submit any materials, the CCSA reserves the right to use that opportunity for another sponsor or additional marketing opportunities.
